We are an established Singapore digital media business with great brands, strong content teams and exciting opportunities ahead.

We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to take ownership of our events opportunity. With a strong record in delivering market-leading lifestyle events, we’re looking to grow the opportunity and build out our offering both for our audience and our clients.

This role will take on everything from brainstorming creative and compelling event ideas, to building connections with our audience and creating value for clients.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise, plan, and execute a variety of events, with a focus on lifestyle and parenting events.

Develop creative and compelling event concepts tailored to clients’ needs and preferences.

Craft comprehensive event proposals, including timelines, venue selection, vendor management, staffing, talent coordination, and budgeting.

Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers and venues.

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and provide excellent customer service.

Effectively manage event teams, even under pressure.

Collaborate with the sales team to present and sell event concepts to clients.

Qualifications

5 years of relevant event management experience.

Proficiency in event planning and execution.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique event concepts.

Experience collaborating with sales teams to pitch event ideas to clients.

Ability to deliver unique guest experiences, unparalleled customer service, and to manage an event team under pressure – without breaking a sweat.
